Evergreen Project Management Solutions believes that the mountain provides a solid foundation to support the evergreen as it grows and continues to branch out over time. This analogy also applies to successful projects in that those with a solid mountain supporting them (i.e. strong sponsors) will provide a firm foundation for the project and the team (i.e. the trunk of the evergreen) to nourish the branches or endeavors the project encompasses. Ultimately the evergreen or project that is built upon a strong foundation with proper care will endure the test of time and flourish.
